OUR CENTER

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Windsor offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

We are well established in the Windsor community and have partnerships and affiliations with our local hospitals, Chamber of Commerce, the L.P. Senior Center and the Windsor Jaycees. We believe community involvement is important, and enjoy participating in a variety of events around town, including the Shad Derby Parade, the Chamber’s Chili Challenge and the Senior Center’s Early Bird Suppers.
